    To the owners of this establishment, kudos to you. Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. Primarily, the staff are fantastic.We were made to feel so welcome, the atmosphere was great with the level of attentiveness shown by all members of staff being a breath of fresh air.There is something here for everybody, whether you fancy a light savory bite to eat or an amazing ice cream or dessert. They also have a vast selection of drinks (both hot and cold).Very reasonably priced and the presentation of our order exceeded my expectations.If you haven’t payed this establishment a visit, I would highly recommend it. We cannot wait to visit again and could definitely see this being a regular treat with the family.Special thank you to the floor manager Adam and Zack for making our visit so memorableDietary restrictions: Everything is clearly labeled and the staff are very knowledgeable.Kid-friendliness: We brought our year old dynamite with us and she loved it.

    First visit to somewhere I've passed many times. We were flabbergasted by the comprehensive menu, offering so much choice!We really enjoyed the food we chose (crepe and strawberries, biscoff pancakes, apple crumble). It was well presented, freshly prepared and good quality tasty ingredients.The place is nicely set out, and although it was quiet when we were there, there was a good selection of music playing.To top it all, the service was really good, provided by remarkably genuine and knowledgeable server who actually listened and engaged with us.Couldn't fault a thing.

    Indulge in Pinner provided a delightful dessert experience. Despite a crowded setting, we secured a table and encountered friendly staff. Though service took some time, the delectable desserts made the wait worthwhile. Notably, the mango cooler fell short in flavor, resembling colored water. Overall, a positive experience with welcoming staff, and the tasty treats ensure a return visit is on the cards.

    In my opinion food was okay and atmosphere was nice and calming but quite busy However service was atrocious, this is because the wait time was so long and all I ordered was some ice cream scoops which took minutes when they were doing other people’s ordered like waffles and crepes then also gave us the wrong bag and only made a change when we asked them where our ice cream scoops were then finally gave us it in minutes after waiting for minutes. I’m very mad.
